What Is A Business Day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays (when the postal service is closed). The postal holiday calendar can be checked at the USPS website. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
What Are The Delivery Times?
Delivery times are between 6:00AM and 10:00PM EST on weekdays.
What Happens If I Am Absent On The Day My Delivery Is Scheduled?
In case of absence, the postal worker leaves a parcel or notice on your door or mailbox so you can reschedule the delivery or pick it up at your local post office.
What Happens If My Purchase Is Returned To Sender?
- Domestic UK & US: If a shipment is returned to us, we will reach out to verify your address.
- If we cannot establish contact within five (5) business days after multiple attempts, we will refund the purchase minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
- Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
- Shipping estimates are in addition to processing time (3-5 days).
- All delivery estimates are for domestic UK and US orders, with delivery taking 7-28 business days.

Soon after shipment, if you provided your email address, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What About Pre-Order Items?
- Orders with pre-order products will ship together once all items are available.
- To receive in-stock items immediately, place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.
Free Shipping Restrictions
- The store may promote free shipping on select orders; some products may not qualify.
- For international shipments, due to high costs, we have an agreement with carriers not to attempt to return undelivered packages if all delivery attempts fail.
